I’m Harsh, founder of Thrive Wellbeing
I’m building a consumer brand focused on improving everyday nutrition in India. The idea is simple. Instead of asking people to change their habits, we upgrade what they already eat.
We’re starting with high protein, clean label staples and slowly expanding into functional foods. The goal is to make healthy food feel normal, accessible, and easy to stick to.
Right now, I’m focused on getting the basics right. Product, positioning, and conversion. A big part of the journey has been understanding that a good product is not enough. If people don’t trust it or understand it instantly, they won’t buy.
